1) What should clergy wear?
What an Archbishop should have:
Miter, red zuccetto, amis(optional), white alb, chasuble (red, purple, green, white/gold for each season), sash or cincture, outer stole(matching chasuble), pectoral cross, bishop’s ring (red stone, preferably), crozier. A cope is also advisable for when pontificating outside of Mass. Full vestments should be worn for Mass (minimum of cassock and stole under unusual circumstances). When outside of Mass, any bishop should wear the clergy collar, pectoral and bishop’s ring. Zuccetto is optional.
What a bishop should have:

Black zuccetto(optional), amis(optional), white alb, chasuble (red, purple, green, white/gold for each season), cincture, under stole(matching chasuble), pectoral cross, Full vestments should be worn for Mass (minimum of cassock and stole under unusual circumstances). When outside of Mass, any priest should wear the clergy collar and pectoral. Zuccetto is optional.
What a deacon should have:
White alb, cincture, deacon (side) stole, and dalmatic. Full vestments should be worn for Mass (minimum of cassock and stole under unusual circumstances). When outside of Mass, any deacon should wear the clergy collar.
